Shipping policy

PLURiTy® currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Standard U.S. shipping: $4.95
Free standard shipping: Orders of $70 or more, after discounts and before taxes

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside PLURiTy’s control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before placing your order.

To request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost, contact us at artisanseed@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photographs when applicable.

PLURiTy is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist you in reviewing the available tracking information.
