How do I roll up the tote?

Lay the tote flat, fold the sides inward, roll it into a compact shape, and place it inside the coordinating pouch. We will also provide visual instructions on selected product pages.

What are PLURiTy bags made from?

PLURiTy totes are made with recycled material. More detailed material information will be listed on each product page as available.

Are the bags washable?

Yes. Machine wash on a gentle cycle and line dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry unless otherwise stated on the product label.

What can I use the tote for?

PLURiTy totes are designed for errands, grocery shopping, farmers markets, travel, beach days, gifting, community events, and everyday carrying.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more after discounts and before taxes.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after processing. Carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Do you ship internationally?

PLURiTy currently ships only within the United States.

What is your return policy?

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with the coordinating pouch and original packaging included.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already shipped or entered fulfillment.
